1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number.

If we experience delays due to high order volume or supplier availability, we’ll notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada, UK & EU: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping promotions on selected items or orders above a certain amount.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Venvia is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If you need further assistance, email support@venvia.us, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Venvia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
